 The Bell Gardens Clinic service area was identified in 2003 as the most indigent area in LA County in terms of access to health care and health care coverage for women, children and families. The number of persons in the community who are medically indigent and lack insurance is among the highest in Los Angeles County. In March 2005, JWCH re-opened the Bell Gardens Clinic in order to increase access to health care in Bell Gardens and the surrounding community. The Bell Gardens Clinic offers services that include:
