The Center for Community Health Downtown Los Angeles is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles’ Skid Row, a 10-block area where more than 18,000 homeless individuals reside at any given time.

CCH delivers medical care in a new way with one record, one medical chart and with an integrated team that is centered on patient care.  The services include medical, dental and vision care, HIV treatment and support services, case management, mental health, substance abuse services, pharmacy, assistance with acquiring public benefits and access to housing.
