| The JWCH Family Planning Program is implemented at four Los Angeles County Comprehensive Health Centers and six other sites. The program provides family planning services to over 18,000 women and 6,000 men each year; 86% of these women have incomes below the federal poverty level. The following services are provided at all JWCH family planning sites located within LAC Comprehensive Health Centers:
- Physical/gynecological examinations
- Birth control methods and counseling
- Pregnancy testing and referrals for prenatal services
- Routine mammograms
- Diagnosis and treatment of common gynecological problems
- Screening for cervical and breast cancer
- Diagnosis and treatment of STDs
- HIV testing and counseling
- Health education
- Specialty referrals
- Pediatric services beginning in April, 2007.

The Safe Harbor Women's Clinic is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles’ Skid Row, a 10-block area where more than 18,000 homeless individuals reside at any given time. At the clinic, homeless and indigent women are offered assistance in a safe, clean, comfortable place where their health problems compounded by homelessness, are treated by compassionate and competent professionals. The Salvation Army makes available two rooms in their women's drug rehabilitation facility to JWCH for the clinic. The staff have been providing free health care to homeless women since 1989 that include:
