JWCH Institute is pleased to announce the opening of the new Wesley Health Center - Lynwood. Please mark your calendar for Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 9:30 AM for a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with Special Guests, Mark Ridley-Thomas, Los Angeles County Supervisor and Aide Castro, Mayor, City of Lynwood (preliminary list) as well as invited local elected officials we are still awaiting confirmation from. JWCH has been located in Lynwood since 1989 in a small facility about 1 block from this new site. Our new home is located at 3591 E. Imperial Highway, Lynwood, CA 90262.
More than three years in the making, the new JWCH Institute – Wesley Health Center in Lynwood is a 10-exam room primary care clinic, with 24-parking spaces in the rear of the building. It is located directly across the street from St. Francis Medical Center. This site provides full comprehensive care services and no one is turned away due to lack of ability to pay for services. Our new Wesley Health Center was completed through the generous support of the JWCH Board of Directors, Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, The S. Mark Taper Foundation and the Ahmanson Foundation.
