The Service Provider Network (SPN) is a collaborative of over 30 agencies responsible for the coordination of HIV prevention and care services in and around downtown Los Angeles (SPA 4). Goals of the SPN are to increase access to healthcare services for homeless and medically indigent persons who are at risk of and/or affected by HIV/AIDS and to reduce duplication of services and fill gaps in services.
